Booking

• Every session is by appointment. Book through Fresha, or message me on WhatsApp for a time outside the online calendar.
• Fridays are pre-booked sessions only. There are no same-day massage bookings, as I may not be in the studio unless it is booked ahead of time.
• A booking fee of 25 to 50 percent of the session price secures your time. The amount depends on the service and is shown when you book. It comes off your total on the day.
• One client at a time. There is no waiting room, so arrive at your appointment time rather than early.

Who I work with

• Massage is for women only. If you are a man wanting a strictly non-sexual massage, ask first before booking.
• Reiki, Sensory Energetics and mediumship are open to everyone. Mediumship is also available online.
• There is no tolerance for inappropriate requests around massage. You will be turned away and banned from any future enquiry, in any capacity.

Cancellations and missed appointments

When an appointment is missed, that hour is gone. It cannot be sold to someone else at short notice. The fees below exist so the practice can keep running, not to punish anyone.

• More than 24 hours notice. Cancel or reschedule at no cost, through Fresha or by text.
• Less than 24 hours notice. Your booking fee is forfeited.
• 12 hours notice or less. 50 percent of the service cost.
• No show. The full service cost.
• Running late. Your session ends at the booked time so the next client is not kept waiting. The full fee applies.
• If I need to cancel. You get as much notice as I can give and first choice of the next available time. Your booking fee is refunded or carried over, whichever you prefer.

Payment

• Payment is due before your session starts, not at the end. The room is quiet once we begin and I do not want to break that to talk about money.
• Pay the balance through Fresha, by the payment link I send you before your appointment, or in cash in full on arrival. If paying in cash, please bring the correct amount.
• Extra time beyond your booked session is chargeable. If we run over because you need more, I will tell you at the time and the extra is added to your total. Otherwise the session ends on time.
• Cancellation fees are charged to the card on file or sent as a payment link. Any outstanding fee is settled before the next booking, or future sessions cannot be booked.
• No health fund rebates. Massage here is relaxation and wellness, not remedial.
• Gift vouchers are available through Fresha.

Mediumship sessions

Evidential mediumship is not a performance and it is not a guarantee. I pass on what comes through, interpreted to the best of my ability. Sometimes the person you hoped to hear from does not come forward, or the message is not the one you wanted. That is the nature of the work.

• Not receiving the answers you hoped for is not grounds for a refund.
• Sessions are offered as spiritual support, not as advice. No liability is accepted for decisions made on the basis of a reading.
• Come with an open mind and a notebook. Most people find the session lands more in the days after than in the room.

Confidentiality

What happens in a session stays in the session. Nothing you share is repeated or posted without your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Before we start

Tell me about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery or anything you are currently being treated for. Some things change how I work. A few mean we wait until you are cleared.
