The Grief Journal.
The thing I wish someone had handed me in 2019.
If you are holding this journal, you are carrying someone.
It is not a workbook and it will not ask you to process anything on a schedule. There are no stages, no framework, and nothing to complete. Grief does not run to a curriculum and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
What is inside is a set of prompts. Some are for the 4am nights. Some are for the days it does not hurt and you feel guilty about that. Some are simply questions I asked myself, for three years, in the silence.
What you get
- Prompts for the hard dates, and for the ordinary Tuesdays that turn out to be worse
- A page for the things you did not get to say
- Somewhere to record the signs, if you have been collecting them
- Space to write to them directly, which more women do than admit
Nine pages. Free to open, yours to keep, and there whenever you need it.
I send a little more, now and then.
Prompts, seasonal notes, and the resources I put together between sessions. Not often, and never a sales sequence. If that sounds useful, send me your email and I will add you.
